ABOUT YOUR SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

Check status or tracking an order

Please Note:  If you are looking for a tracking number for your order, most are emailed to customers once an order has been shipped (from My Offroad Truck – Order or UPS Quantum View).  Please check your e-mail (sometimes this will go to a spam folder).  Items shipped directly from a manufacturer will sometimes see a delay of 24 to 48 hours after the order has shipped until the tracking number is available to be emailed.  A few manufacturers do not provide tracking numbers for drop shipped items,  please call and our customer service department will be happy to contact the manufacturer to check status of your order.

To check status of an order, or, to track an order please call our customer support team at: (800) 985-9024, Monday – Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm, Arizona Time.

Return Policy

MyOffroadTruck.com will gladly accept returns for items returned within 90 days of the original purchase date, under these guidelines:

1. Contact us. You must contact us and let us know that you intend to return a part.  Please call (800) 985-9024.  Please give the specific reason for your return and request an RGA (return goods authorization) number.

2. RGA Number. Write in large black numbers the RGA Number on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice.

3. Return Package. We will provide you with the address to ship the return to when we are issuing the RGA.

NOTE:  ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be given on parts only, no labor, installation, shipping or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot have been damaged, or installed and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid (by customer) and are subject to a re-boxing fee.

Warranty Policy

Defective items under warranty may be returned for replacement.  All warranty packages must be issued an RGA (return goods authorization) number from MyOffroadTruck.com (800)985-9024 and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred with a warranty.

Cancel an Order

Cancellations are not accepted through email, fax or by voicemail messages.  You must speak  directly to a customer service representative at (800) 985-9024 to have your order cancellation confirmed.  If you do not receive a confirmation cancelling your order, then it has not been cancelled.
